1. Forms and purposes

When you fill in a form on our site or via one of our LinkedIn campaigns, the information collected (first name, last name, work email address, company, role, etc.) is used solely to respond to your request: getting in touch, requesting information, downloading content, registering for a demo.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Security and retention period

Data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised personnel (sales, marketing, support). It is retained for the period strictly necessary to process your request or as required by applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-party services and cookies

  • Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (audience measurement) – loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (campaign evaluation) – loaded only if you accept marketing cookies.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (form anti-spam protection) – loaded when interacting with the form and after your consent choice.
